- During high-demand periods, processing may require a little additional time.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next available business day.

- United Kingdom: 5–9 business days

Order Tracking

Multiple Shipments
To reduce delivery times, products from the same order may occasionally be shipped separately from different fulfillment facilities. You will receive tracking information for each shipment.
Delivery Delays

Customs & Import Duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees determined by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient whenever applicable.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your purchase. We are unable to guarantee replacement or refunds for orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address.
Lost Packages
If your tracking has not updated for several days or your package appears lost during transit, please contact our support team. We will work directly with the carrier to investigate and provide a suitable resolution whenever possible.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photographs of both the product and its packaging so we can assist you promptly.
Order Changes & Cancellation
Orders may only be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, production and fulfillment may already be underway.
